Their model is “every bite is as delicious as the first’, and I find that to be incredibly true at Ruth's. Their amazing filet just melts in your mouth from start to finish. Even though they are known for their amazing steaks, I love them for their crab cakes. They are a nice size and they are just filled with so much crab. Their lobster is also wonderful... it is cooked to perfection!
